PTFE Lined Valves

We are offering to our clients FEP-PFA PTFE-Teflon Lined Valves that are fabricated using ASA and DIN grade material such as CI, stainless steel and carbon steel. These valves can easily withstand the extreme temperature range of 120 to 250 degree centigrade. Our precision engineered valves come in application specific designs and are in high demand in the market because of their resistivity towards corrosive acids, alkalis and chemicals. The technical specifications of our valves are:

FEP-PFA PTFE-Teflon lined valves:
  • Size: 15mm to 150mm
  • MOC: CI/C. Steel / SS-316
  • Type: diaphragm valves, ball valves, plug valves, flush bottom valve, NRV-check flop type valves and butterfly valves
  • Temperature: 120oC to 250oC
  • Lining: 3mm thick PTFE-lined ends
  • Flanged End: ASA-150# / DIN PN-10/16
